Sandy Elijah has been in the property management field for over 19 years. Sandy
holds the NARPM Designation of RMP which is a hard-won industry designation.
Sandy is an energetic and dedicated citizen known for her volunteer activities
in church and community as well her incredible dedication towards her work.
Sandy lives in Central Kitsap near Silverdale with her husband. Her hobbies,
when she has time, are reading sewing and cooking but she is more likely to be
organizing a group activity.

June Moore
Associate Broker, GRI
June Moore has been doing property management since 1985. She's been with Park
Shore since 1998 when she chose to join the Park Shore Team.
June has had a diverse plethora of experience in her real estate career. She has done residential and commercial management as well as residential and multi-family sales.
June lives in Central Kitsap with her husband & three teenaged children. She
earned a BA in Literature from Seattle University in 1980 and graduated rom
Central Kitsap High School in 1975. She is a voracious reader, loves to cook and
make jewelry, spends a lot of time at soccer games, and her guilty pleasure is
computer games.

Michael Ley
Property Manager & Sales Associate
Michael has been doing property
management and residential sales since 2004. He did an internship with the
management team at Park Shore which inspired him to continue on with his
training and to join our growing team and company. Michael also has an interest
in doing light commercial management and leasing as well.
Michael can help you with your investment needs as well as facilitate listing your home or helping you buy a house whether it is your first or fifth.
Michael is a life long resident of the Port Orchard area. Born and bred here, he knows the South Kitsap area inside and out. He still lives here –when he’s not out showing houses or on the phone, his passion in life is taking his “quad” out for a ride. Michael graduated from South Kitsap in 1995; he also holds an Associates Degree in Business Management from Olympic College.

Nancy Lovely is our Bookkeeper. While she has recently joined the Park Shore
Team she brings 25 years of precise and detailed bookkeeping experience with
her. The bookkeeper is core and essential to the property management team for
obvious reasons and we are fortunate to have someone of Nancy's caliber working
with us.
Nancy has lived in Kitsap with her husband for at least 15 years and hails
originally from Los Angeles. She has Bassett Hounds (2 of them - or do they have
her?) and collects frogs. She loves the summer months so she can drive her
classic 1960 Nash Metropolitan to work.

Carmel Pennington is June Moore’s assistant as well as one of the Front Desk Goddesses. In addition to her front desk duties, she keeps June organized and on track…not to mention a wee bit more sane. We honestly don’t know how she finds the time to keep us organized, do a thousand volunteer tasks, be a chaplain, a Girl Scout Leader and still manage to be supremely human and humane.
Annie Fredenberg assists Sandy
Elijah when she is not out helping other people buy or sell houses. You may call
on Annie to help you buy or list your home.

Our indefatigable and imperturbable front desk team, are the cheerful voices
that greet you when you call, and - more importantly- know how to find us when
we are not in the office. There are days when we don't know how to find us so
you can see how essential it is that we have friendly and all-knowing goddesses
to keep track of us!
