Our monthly fees are 10% of the gross monthly rent ($50 minimum). When we first take on your house and thereafter when it vacates, we charge a fee of 50% of one full month’s rent after we secure a tenant which covers all of your advertising costs and the monthly management fee (advertising limited to standard practice per company policy. Additional specialty advertising available at extra cost to owner). Our standard lease is one year – should the tenant find it necessary to break the lease then the cost is passed on to the tenant. Discounts are available for multiple properties or four or more for one owner. Leasing-only service available by special arrangement – please contact Sandy Elijah for details.
